A vintage pair of Gianmarco Lorenzi mules in deep indigo denim, combining exaggerated clog proportions with gold-tone chain hardware and towering wood-grain heels.

The closed-toe silhouette is constructed like a miniature pair of jeans, complete with contrast topstitching, curved pocket-style seams and distressed decorative stitching across the toes. A gold-tone chain drapes around each vamp, secured beneath crystal-centred logo buttons and finished with loose chain extensions at the outer sides. Denim, jewellery and an entirely unreasonable heel. Correct on all counts.

Built on substantial denim-covered platforms, the shoes rise into dramatically arched soles and tall cylindrical heels with a warm wood-grain finish. The sharply pitched construction gives the pair an unmistakably early-2000s silhouette—part clog, part ankle boot and completely committed to the drama.

The slip-on openings are trimmed in matching denim and lined in pale leather, while brown leather footbeds embossed with Gianmarco Lorenzi branding complete the interior.

Made in Italy and tagged size EU 36, the pair retains its original branding and leather outsoles.

The mules present exceptionally well and remain structurally sound, with only light signs of wear consistent with careful vintage use.
