All SOUPASLAY sales are final.

Due to the vintage, archival and pre-loved nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders also cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

Unless otherwise stated, the pieces we carry are vintage or pre-owned. As such, they may show signs of age, wear, previous use or natural material ageing.

We do our best to photograph and describe each piece as accurately as possible, including any notable flaws or signs of wear. Please review all product images, descriptions, measurements and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Vintage sizing can vary significantly from modern sizing, so we strongly recommend referring to the measurements provided rather than relying solely on the size stated on the label.

Vintage footwear may also require maintenance over time due to the natural ageing of materials, adhesives, soles, finishes and embellishments. Depending on the age and construction of the pair, future care may include resoling, heel cap replacement, reglueing, colour touch-ups or the reattachment of embellishments where necessary. These maintenance needs can arise naturally even when a pair has been stored carefully or appears to be in good condition at the time of purchase.

By purchasing vintage footwear from SOUPASLAY, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of future maintenance associated with owning and wearing vintage shoes.

If there is an issue with your order that was not disclosed in the listing, please email hello@soupaslay.com within 2 business days of delivery, together with clear photographs and details of the issue. We will review the matter and do our best to resolve it fairly.

Issues reported after this period may not be eligible for review under our quality guarantee.

Signs of wear, age, minor imperfections, natural material ageing or variations consistent with the vintage or pre-owned nature of an item are not considered defects unless they were materially misrepresented in the listing.
