Every piece has a story. We believe in complete transparency.
As vintage and archival pieces have been previously owned, gentle signs of age and wear are to be expected. At SOUPASLAY, every item is individually inspected, authenticated, and carefully assessed before being offered for sale.
Our condition grading considers the overall presentation, structural integrity, functionality, and signs of wear relative to the item’s age. Any notable flaws beyond normal vintage wear will always be clearly described and photographed in the product listing.
Our Condition Grading
A+ | Like New
Exceptional condition with little to no visible signs of wear. The item presents almost as new while remaining pre-owned.
A | Excellent Vintage Condition
Beautifully preserved with only light signs of wear consistent with careful ownership and age. The item presents exceptionally well and retains excellent overall structure.
B+ | Very Good Vintage Condition
Very well maintained with moderate signs of gentle use. Minor cosmetic wear may be present, but the item remains in excellent wearable condition and functions as intended.
B | Good Vintage Condition
Visible signs of wear consistent with age and regular use. Minor scuffs, scratches, marks, fading or other cosmetic imperfections may be present, while the item remains structurally sound and fully functional.
C | Fair Vintage Condition
Noticeable signs of wear and age-related imperfections are present. The item remains wearable or collectible but may benefit from restoration, repair or continued care. Any significant flaws will always be clearly disclosed in the product listing.
