For sure. Each item is 100% authentic. Our fab in-house team and reliable third-party experts check every product, all backed by next-gen AI tech. You can shop with confidence knowing you're getting genuine pieces.

 

What condition are the items in?  

All pieces are carefully sourced in pre-loved, excellent, or good vintage condition. Any signs of wear will be transparently mentioned in the product description, so you know exactly what you're getting.   

 

Do items come with dust bags or authenticity cards?

It’s important to note that vintage pieces often do not include their original dust bags or packaging, as this largely depends on how previous owners stored and maintained them.

Occasionally, we do receive items that still have their original boxes, dust bags, tags, authenticity cards, or purchase receipts. Be sure to check the product description for specific details regarding what accompanies each item.

For all handbags and shoes, if an item does not come with its original dust bag, we provide a complimentary dust bag to ensure your vintage handbag is protected and stored safely.

 

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Due to the unique and archival nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
